How do I add something?

Hold the microphone at the bottom of Today, say whatever is on your mind, and let go. Or tap the bar to type. You do not need to sort anything. BrainHD turns it into tasks for you.

How does the free trial work?

BrainHD Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your Apple ID is charged for the plan you chose, and it renews automatically each month or year.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose BrainHD and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

I paid but the app does not show BrainHD Plus

In BrainHD, go to You, Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new phone. Where did my tasks go?

BrainHD does not use a login, so your data is tied to the app on the phone you set it up on and cannot yet be moved to a new phone. Your subscription does carry over: tap Restore purchases.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: You, Settings, Delete my data. Confirm once and your recordings, transcripts, tasks, plans, progress and account are deleted from our servers straight away. The app returns to the welcome screen. If you would rather email us your Support ID, we do the same within 30 days. Deleting the app alone does not remove your data from our servers. Is BrainHD a medical app?

No. BrainHD is a productivity app built for people with ADHD. The optional self-check is not a diagnosis and cannot rule anything in or out. If you have questions about ADHD, talk to a doctor.
